Take the guesswork out of settling and sleep
I’m passionate about the importance of sleep. A good sleep routine can make every other part of daily life easier.
Sleep coaching helps parents gain confidence in their child’s rhythms, have a happier, more settled home and generally feel healthier and more themselves.

Home consultations
Bespoke package, price on request
If you live in the Sydney area, I can visit you in your home.
This allows me extra insight into your family and to share with you, in detail, the factors that make a huge difference to you and your baby’s sleep. I can point out baby’s sleep cues as they happen and make positive changes to the wider environment.
A home consultation starting from 2 hours, over a nap or bedtime.
Get in touch and we can decide how long and when would be most beneficial for you.
The home consults also include one week of online follow-up support.
Answers to common questions
Sleep props, such as dummies or wraps, are perfectly ok to use in the right environment. We’ll discuss if they’re working for your child and whether you would like to keep them or transition away from using them. A lot of factors come into play and we’ll find a gentle solution that works for your child and the stage they’re in.
We’ll assess all the factors that contribute to sleeping through the night and whether this is appropriate for your child right now. While every child is different, I can assure you that we’ll work together to put in place everything that will help your child to get to sleep sooner, and for longer.
I’m qualified and experienced in any sleep related concerns for newborns up to age 5. I’m here to help with all aspects of your daily life, as they all affect sleep. We’ll talk about things like settling, self-soothing, awake windows, environment, hygiene, feeding, daily routines, natural circadian rhythms, early morning wakes, teething or transitioning stages.
I can also help with unique situations that can affect sleep, such as moving house, blending families, change in primary carer and starting preschool or daycare.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to sleep. I believe the best solution is the one that works with and supports the family. I have lots of experience across different solutions, from gentle techniques all the way to structured approaches. I’ll work with you to discover the best plan for your child, their temperament and your family, so you can happily and consistently put the plan into action.
The different packages refer to the different support levels. Sometimes a one-off phone call is all you need to get back on track. Or, perhaps, 2 weeks of support is better to really work on sleep issues and fine-tune the approach. If you’re not sure what’s best for you, don’t worry! We can discuss where you’re at and I can recommend a plan to suit your needs.
The short answer is, no! We recommend that you reduce your commitments in the first few days while you’re getting started. This helps to set your rhythm and gain confidence in what you are doing. However, I don’t expect you to be stuck at home as we’re wanting an approach that will fit in with real life. I encourage naps on-the-go and will provide you with the best advice on how to navigate this.
Early morning wakes can be tough and they often feel like they aren’t as big of a problem as waking throughout the night. A one-hour Care Call is a great option for this issue. We’ll cover the early morning wakes topic and find out what’s happening with your little one. Just reach out, we’ll tailor a solution just for you!
I can help with your little ones from newborn to 5 years old.
